BizPilot Pro includes one website widget. Customers never log in. They open the chat on your site, ask a question, and either get a published answer or a handoff. You install it with the snippet from the paid Widget page.

It is built for one business workspace and one website widget, which matches how many small businesses operate. The limit is the product shape: one company, your knowledge, your review. It is not a multi-brand call-center platform.
You add one snippet from the Widget page in the paid workspace to the site you already run. The public demo does not install that snippet for you.
